Replacement Spring
If you have misplaced or damged the candle loading spring, don't panic! We can supply you with a replacement, so you don't have to be without your Bushlite for long.

Return & Refund Policy
In the unlikely case that you are dissatisfied with your Bushlite, or any accessories, we will issue a refund if the products are returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unused condition. Any postal charges unfortunatley will not be refunded.
Shipping Information
Any orders placed before 1pm will be sent out the same working day. UK orders are sent using Hermes and typically will be with you in 3 - 5 working days.
Overseas orders are sent using a courier service, please check local delivery times or drop us a message and we will let you know how soon we can get a Bushlite to you!
